Kevin Kumala

Kevin Kumala is the co-founder of Avani, a company that aims to reduce global plastic consumption by offering sustainable alternatives to petroleum-based disposable plastic products. Kevin also founded Algaetech Group of Companies, Skematic, and PT Pandawa Lima Prima Jaya. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Sales Specialist at MediCell Technologies, LLC.

Kevin Kumala earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later in 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from BINUS University. Additionally, Kevin went on to pursue a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Dental Surgery from UCLA, starting in 2007.
