Zubair Ahmed

Zubair Ahmed has extensive experience in the hospitality engineering sector, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Avani Hotels and Resorts since June 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Zubair worked at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Duty Engineer from November 2019 to May 2021, and at DUKES DUBAI as an Engineering Supervisor from December 2016 to October 2019. Zubair's earlier experience includes serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Crowne Plaza & Staybridge Suites Abu Dhabi Yas Island and as Shift Leader with IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group. Zubair holds an Associate Engineer Degree from the Swedish Institute of Technology in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
