Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and the Chief Executive Officer at Avani, Nicolette focuses on sustainability and environmental performance. Previous positions include Head of Product Transformation for Grupo Santander, where strategic alignment and product development were spearheaded across Europe, and CEO of Asto, a fintech venture targeting small businesses in the UK. Nicole also held significant roles at Intuit, GraysOnline, eBay Inc., The Boston Consulting Group, and BlueScope Steel, showcasing a diverse skill set in strategy, growth initiatives, and customer experience.
