Camille Chang Gilmore

Camille Chang Gilmore currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avanos Medical, where leadership focuses on global people strategies, including talent acquisition and employee experience, to foster a supportive workplace culture. Prior to joining Avanos in June 2025, Camille held various roles at Boston Scientific from September 2004 to May 2025, including Director of Human Resources for the Cardiac Rhythm Management and Cardiovascular business units, and Vice President, Human Resources and Global Chief Diversity Officer, contributing significantly to human resource programming and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing recruitment and training services for the State of Oregon and serving as a Human Resources Program Manager at IBM Global Services. Camille holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.
