Crystal Shi

Crystal Shi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources management across the APAC region. Currently serving as Director of APAC HR and International Talent Development at Avanos Medical, Crystal previously held significant roles at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where responsibilities included Senior Manager positions in Human Resources for the APAC region, and various supportive managerial roles. Earlier career experiences include work as a Regional Consultant at HRnet One and HR & Admin Manager for Greater China at UCB. Crystal's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Fudan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Singapore Management University.
