John Brewer

John Brewer has extensive work experience in the field of process engineering and manufacturing automation. John worked as a Principal Molding and Automation Engineer at Avanos Medical, where they were responsible for mold design, development, and validation for thermoplastic and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) molds. John also managed technical reviews and project activities for full tooling implementation and led manufacturing automation design and implementation for high volume medical device assembly.

Prior to their role at Avanos Medical, John worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Halyard Health, where they were involved in process engineering activities for a period of four years.

John started their career at Kimberly-Clark as a Process Engineer, specializing in non-woven materials such as elastomers and advanced laminates. During their tenure at Kimberly-Clark, they played a vital role in the development of two pioneering non-woven machines for the diaper manufacturing industry.
