Nancy Vanderoost

Nancy Vanderoost is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Director of International Human Resources at Avanos Medical since January 2015, Nancy has previously held significant roles, including HR Director for EMEA at AGRIUM EUROPE SA, where responsibilities encompassed establishing an HR environment for 155 employees across seven European countries. With a strong foundation in HR functions and office management from earlier positions at ratiopharm, Reduct NV, T-Plan, and Ernatec, Nancy has developed a comprehensive skill set encompassing staffing, training, employee relations, and administrative support. Academically, Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Brussels and a secondary education in Latin and Greek from Koninklijk Atheneum Halle.
