Sudhakar Varshney

As Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Procurement, Sudhakar Varshney oversees Avanos’ Strategic Sourcing; Procurement; Sales & Operations Planning; Manufacturing; Engineering & Technology Management; Logistics; and Distribution groups in developing and executing end-to-end integrated supply chain capabilities for the company’s global operations.

Sudhakar’s background includes more than 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, regulatory, program & project management office and continuous improvement roles. Prior to Avanos, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, for Antylia Scientific, a bioprocessing and life sciences organization. He has also held leadership positions with companies in the medical device & diagnostic, automotive, chemical and industrial sectors, including Hach, Haemonetics, Covidien and the Ford Motor Company.

Sudhakar earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune (India) and a master’s of science in product development from the University of Detroit Mercy.
