Shashikant Daphal

Shashikant Daphal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and asset valuation within the finance and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the State Head of Technical at Hero Housing Finance since October 2022, Shashikant previously held key positions at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, where responsibilities included heading asset valuation across the MMR Zone and managing technical operations in Mumbai. Earlier roles include Senior Engineer in Valuations at Rajendra Thite, Architects & Valuers, Branch Technical Manager at DHFL, and Civil Engineer Associate at Vivek Kulkarni & Associates. Shashikant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from G.H. Raisoni Society's College of Engineering and Management and a Master's degree in Real Estate Valuation from Annamalai University.
