Rhett Kniep began their work experience in 2004 as the CEO of Centurion 7 Business Advisors. Rhett then went on to become a Member of the Forbes Business Council in 2019. In 2009, Rhett became the Managing Partner of RLS Funding, Inc., a position they held until 2011. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Realtor at Premier Real Estate Consultants. Currently, Rhett holds the position of Managing Director Northern California at Avant Advisory Group, starting in 2023.
Rhett Kniep attended Lincoln Law School of Sacramento from 2012 to 2014, focusing on general law. Prior to that, they studied at Shasta College from 1990 to 1996 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications. In addition to their educational background, Rhett Kniep has obtained various certifications, including Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) from M&A Source in an unspecified year, Certified Business Intermediary from the International Association of Business Brokers in 2017, Certified Business Broker from the California Association of Business Brokers in 2016, and a Real Estate Broker license from the California Department of Real Estate in August 2011.
