Matt Laing has a diverse work experience, starting as a Gallery Assistant at Grosvenor Prints from August 2012 to February 2016. Matt then worked as a Gallery Manager at Thompson's Gallery from February 2016 to February 2018. Following this, they joined Shepherds Bush Housing Group as a Housing Officer from February 2018 to September 2019, and subsequently served as a Change Lead from September 2019 to April 2021. Their most recent role at Shepherds Bush Housing Group was as a Project Manager from April 2021 to May 2023. Matt's current position is as a Program Manager at Avant Arte, which they started in May 2023.
Matt Laing obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Painting from the University of the Arts London between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including Change Management Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International in February 2022, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from PeopleCert in November 2020, and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in August 2020.
