Elena Bogolyubova

Elena Bogolyubova is a Program Coordinator for Race Equity Social Justice Middle School Mentoring and Positive Cultural Identity programming at IRCO since April 2022, managing operations across multiple middle schools in Portland. With extensive experience in educational assessment as a Rater/Rater Manager at Avant Assessment since September 2015, Elena provides evaluation for language proficiency tests. Previously, as a Slavic Youth Advocate at IRCO, Elena offered academic support to Slavic high school students. Elena's academic background includes a Master's Degree in International Studies and Public Administration from the University of Oregon, supplemented by undergraduate coursework in Economics, Statistics, and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Moscow State Linguistic University. Additionally, Elena's prior roles include instructor and project manager at the University of Oregon, research assistant, and administrative positions related to international student services.
