Jon Bower is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in education and consulting. Currently serving as CEO of Family Learning Company since February 2019, Bower focuses on enhancing literacy skills through family engagement. As Principal at JA Bower Consulting since July 2010, Bower collaborates with educational institutions to improve outcomes through personalized learning, building on a foundation of research dating back to 1979. Additional leadership roles include Executive Director of The Family Learning Project, where efforts are directed toward supporting underprivileged communities; Director of Training Curriculum at EdVigor, developing educational materials for teachers in Nigeria; and Director at Avant, The Language Proficiency Company, where Bower has contributed to significant company growth. Bower has also founded and led various educational technology ventures, holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School, and earned dual Bachelor's degrees from Stanford University.
