We are focusing on investment themes with attractive risk-adjusted returns as well as mispriced investment opportunities with solid underlying fundamentals, and any other investments where we genuinely believe we can add value through active asset management. We are also offering debt and mezzanine financing for real estate investments through our cooperation partners.
