AVANT CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the consolidated accounting business and others. The Company operates in three business segments. Consolidated Accounting-related segment sells licenses for DivaSystem, which is a self-developed package software for consolidated management and consolidated accounting, and provides consulting services for its introduction. Business Intelligence segment develops a system integration service called Business Intelligence (BI) for utilizing information. Outsourcing segment provides outsourcing services such as consolidated settlement of accounts and consolidated tax payment.
