Shelly Davidson, RN, BSN, NPD-BC, has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Avant Healthcare Professionals since January 2019, where previous roles included Clinical Development Manager and Clinical Nurse Instructor. Prior experience includes positions as a Clinical Documentation Specialist and Registered Nurse & Nurse Leader at AdventHealth from January 2015 to January 2019, as well as serving as Charge Nurse in Cardiac Surgical Progressive Care at Lee Memorial Health System from 2008 to July 2015. Shelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University between 2006 and 2008, having previously attended Towson University from 2004 to 2006.
