Lauren Schultz Roth

Lauren Schultz Roth, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the benefits and financial sectors. As President and Shareholder at Avant Specialty Benefits since October 2015, Lauren has previously held the position of Vice President and Shareholder within the same company. Prior to this, Lauren served as a Business Development Consultant at Holmes Murphy & Associates from May 2011 to October 2015 and completed an internship with the firm. Earlier experience includes online publishing with the American Academy of Family Physicians and financial representation at Northwestern Mutual, alongside a financial analyst internship at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Kansas, complemented by a study abroad program in Finance at Richmond, The American International University in London.
