Andrew C. Rohrbacher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew C. began their career as a Financial Analyst at Continental Airlines in 1985. Andrew C. then transitioned to become a Principal at American Management Systems, Inc., a management and technology consulting firm, where they worked for thirteen years.

In 2005, Rohrbacher joined Industry Consulting Group, Inc. as a Vice President, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to transform the company and achieved substantial growth. During their tenure, they had responsibilities in various departments, including accounting, finance, human resources, legal, and product development.

In 2015, they co-founded Donna Lou Pets, LLC and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer until 2016.

Rohrbacher's next position was with AIDS Interfaith Network (AIN) in 2015, where they held dual roles as a Business Development Associate and a Member of the Executive Board. During this time, they focused on securing foundation grants and creating and maintaining fundraising proposals.

Andrew C. then moved on to Collide Village in 2017, where they held a role in Business Operations. Collide Village is a start-up platform that transforms ideas into successful companies by utilizing lean startup methodologies.

Continuing their career in the start-up ecosystem, Rohrbacher joined Avanta Risk Management LLC in 2017 as the Chief Administrative Officer. Their responsibilities included proactively managing data procurement, validation, and risk mitigation strategies in the financial services industry.

In 2019, they joined AIN again, this time as a Business Development Associate, where they focused on creating and maintaining a pipeline for corporate gifts and sponsorships, major individual donors, and other fundraising proposals.

Finally, Rohrbacher joined Warmuth Asset Management in 2012 as a Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, managing, and coordinating financial and legal professionals, as well as identifying new investment opportunities. Andrew C. also set the vision and strategy for Donor Advised Fund grants and charitable contributions.

Most recently, in 2020, Rohrbacher worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Collide CoBuild. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in finance, consulting, and business development across various industries.

Andrew C. Rohrbacher obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Indiana University, where they attended from 1978 to 1982. In January 1993, they obtained a certification in Software Quality Assurance from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
