Davin Carey

Davin Carey is an experienced financial planning consultant and real estate investor currently serving as the Chair of the City of Thousand Oaks Investment Review Committee since May 2023. In addition to this advisory role, Davin has been a Regional Vice President and Financial Planning Consultant at Avantax Wealth Management℠ since December 2020, working to integrate tax-focused holistic financial planning with tax professionals across Southern California. As a Financial Planning Consultant at Carey & Hanna | Tax & Wealth Planners since 2007, Davin specializes in comprehensive financial planning, addressing various aspects including investments, retirement, and legacy planning. Additionally, Davin has invested in real estate since 2005, primarily in the Pacific Southwest, and has held leadership roles in financial consulting, including co-founding SigniFI Advisor Group and serving as President of California Coast Lending. Davin holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University.
