Stuart Cross

Stuart Cross is the Managing Director at Avante Care & Support. Stuart has over 20 years of experience in the social care sector. Stuart has worked in a variety of roles including Director of Group Operations, Director of Finance, and Deputy Chief Executive. In their current role, Stuart is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the charity's goals. Stuart also monitors the financial performance of the organization and works to secure the growth and development of Avante Care & Support. Stuart is also responsible for setting each home's business plan and budget, as well as overall responsibility for human resources. In addition to their work with Avante Care & Support, Stuart has also worked with Mission Care and Greensleeves Care.

Stuart Cross studied economics at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they obtained a BSc degree.
