Richard Kwasnicki

Richard Kwasnicki has a range of work experience in various roles and companies.

From October 2022 onwards, they are currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Avantgarde Labs GmbH. Prior to this, they started in September 2018 at the same company as a Java-Softwareentwickler. In this role, they focused on Spring-Boot Applications, often using ElasticSearch, MongoDB, or Neo4J. Additionally, they were responsible for transitioning the team from Java to Kotlin and implementing DevOps practices for production.

Richard also has experience at Technische Universität Dresden, where they held multiple roles. These include working as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft from July 2018 to August 2018, completing their Master Thesis from December 2017 to June 2018, serving as a Freshman Mentor from October 2016 to March 2018, and working as a Student Assistant in the field of AI from October 2015 to March 2017.

Richard'searliest work experience is a university project in cooperation with ITC AG, which took place from October 2013 to January 2014.

Richard Kwasnicki completed their education at Technische Universität Dresden from 2012 to 2018, earning a degree in Informatik, specifically as a Diplom-Informatiker. In addition to their formal education, Richard obtained several certifications including a Principal Developer certificate from Eduards Sizovs in December 2022. Richard also completed various specialization courses in Deep Learning, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, all through Coursera. The course certificates were obtained between July and October 2022.
