Ricardo Hugo

Ricardo Hugo has extensive experience as a Graphic Specialist Prepress/Art Director, with roles at Avantgarde and Riale Design Ltda. Ricardo is responsible for preparing and creating precise artwork files, retouching images, and managing graphic permissions. Ricardo also has experience as a Designer Gráfico/Sócio Proprietário at Riale Design, creating logos, visual identities, and advertising campaigns. Ricardo has also worked as a Diretor de Arte Senior at Incentiva Marketing, Batuque Promo, MCM Brand Experience, Mark Up, and TracyLocke, where they were involved in creating and directing art for promotional campaigns, events, and web platforms. Ricardo has extensive experience in file management, printing processes, and client management.

Ricardo Hugo's education history begins in 1985 when they attended the Escola Panamericana de Arte, where they studied Illustration, Graphic Design, and Visual Communication until 1987. In 2014, they pursued a degree in Visual Arts at the Universidade Paulista, completing their studies in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Ricardo obtained a certification in Introduction to Programming Logic from Impacta Tecnologia in December 2019. Ricardo also obtained a certification in Digital Environment from Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional S/A in March 2021. Additionally, in July 2021, they acquired a Competência Transversal - Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação certification from Senai São Paulo.

Looking ahead, Ricardo is set to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at the Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, starting in 2021 and expected to be completed by 2023. Following this, they plan to engage in a Postgraduate course in Project Management and Agile Methodologies at the Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo, beginning in 2023 and ending in 2024.
