Jennifer Beebe

Jennifer joined Avanti in 2021 and is an accomplished Regional Director with 20+ years of experience in property management and leadership roles. Jennifer started her career in Investor Relations raising capital to fund multifamily purchases and moved to onsite operations, fell in love, and has been in Operations ever since. Jennifer has worked in third-party and owner managed environments and has operated properties at Alliance Residential and CWS Apartment Homes in Texas, Colorado and Arizona. Jennifer has managed portfolios of over 2,500 units and supervised renovation projects in excess of $5MM. She is passionate about building and leading teams, and the process of bringing something from good to excellent. Jennifer earned her BA from University California, Irvine in Economics and Masters Degree from Grand Canyon University in Business Administration.
