Mia Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mia started working at INFO GAMA ICT in 2007 as an IT Customer Success Manager and Key Account Relationship Manager, where they stayed until 2015. Following that, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Operations Supervisor from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, Mia has been working at Avanti Software Inc. Mia initially joined as a Client Support Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Team Lead for Client Product Support in May 2021, where they presently hold the position.
