Mia Johansson

Mia Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mia started working at INFO GAMA ICT in 2007 as an IT Customer Success Manager and Key Account Relationship Manager, where they stayed until 2015. Following that, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Operations Supervisor from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, Mia has been working at Avanti Software Inc. Mia initially joined as a Client Support Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Team Lead for Client Product Support in May 2021, where they presently hold the position.

Mia Johansson completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology Management from the University of Business Organization and Information Technology in 2012. In the same year, they also completed an online course in Computer Programming from Coursera, University of Toronto. Mia Johansson also holds several additional certifications including Accredited Sales Professional - HP SMB Solutions, Accredited Sales Professional - HP Enterprise Solutions, Accredited Sales Professional - HP Partner Fundamentals, and Microsoft Sales Specialist.
