Larry Jennings II

Larry Jennings II has worked in various roles since 2003. Larry started as a Customer Service Representative and Assistant Manager at Sunoco in 2003. From 2009 to 2011, they were a FERC Compliance Professional Co-op/Intern at FirstEnergy Corp., where they administered and maintained Assurx CATSWeb Energy Reliability tracking software for the entire enterprise compliance program, developed and owned the enterprise training program for CATSWeb and IBM FileNet P8, and administered employee training on the two software programs. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Technology Associate at Rosetta, where they developed eCommerce web solutions for large, multinational retail brands utilizing the IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been a Senior Java Developer at Avantia, Inc., where they lead Jahia CMS customization projects, including multiple Wealth Management clients' Customer, Agent, and Employee portals, with full integration into financial backends, with emphasis on customer data security and application performance. Larry has also developed core Java EE and composite applications leveraging the Spring Core framework, Spring Integration, and Spring MVC, as well as financial reporting software to integrate legacy financial systems with SAP.

Larry Jennings II attended East Palestine High School from 1996 to 2000. Larry then earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron between 2008 and 2011.
