Patricia Ross began their career in 2001 as Vice President and Director of Web & Digital Marketing at SCK. In this role, their primary responsibilities included managing all digital/web projects and serving as client account manager. Patricia was responsible for creating project strategy and goals, developing proposals and project plans, preparing and delivering client presentations, managing the team and task execution, overseeing the budget and providing profitability reporting, and performing oversight of product development and delivery. Following project delivery, their responsibility shifted to maintaining the client relationship and identifying additional opportunities for engagement.
In 2011, Patricia Ross moved to The Adcom Group as Director of Digital Solutions.
In 2014, they joined Avantia, Inc. as Director of HealthPlan Systems, HealthSpan Ohio (contracted). In this role, they worked on-site at HealthSpan Ohio, formerly Kaiser Perminente of Ohio, building and leading an internal IT practice. Patricia was responsible for implementing, understanding, using and building health plan systems with a major focus on data structures and oversight of data consumption. Her work spanned the organization, including membership, claims, pharmacy operations, Government programs (Medicare and FFM), finance and compliance.
Patricia Ross obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Cleveland State University between 1999 and 2001. Patricia also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work from Cleveland State University during the same time period.
