Hannah Thompson

Hannah Thompson currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Avantia Law, a venture capital-backed legal tech scale-up, overseeing all operational aspects including customer relations, product, and finance since May 2023. Additionally, Hannah is a Founding Member of CS Angel, a syndicate dedicated to advising startups focused on improving Net Revenue Retention. Prior experience includes the role of SVP and Chief Operating Officer for Payments at Finastra, where operational efficiency and customer success were prioritized, as well as leadership positions at Vodafone, including Director of Strategic Programmes and Head of Gigafast Broadband. Hannah's legal career began with litigation and advisory roles at Osborne Clarke and Macfarlanes. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law and French from the University of Bristol and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School.
