Brett Sundstrom

Brett Sundstrom has had a diverse and extensive career in the hospitality industry. Brett started their career at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, where they worked as an Executive Assistant Manager from 1992 to 1997. Brett then joined Adams Mark Hotels and Resorts, where they served as an Executive Assistant Manager from 1997 to 2000 and later became a General Manager from 2000 to 2004. Sundstrom then joined The Procaccianti Group as a General Manager from 2004 to 2007 and then as an Area Manager from 2007 to 2008. Brett further gained experience as a General Manager and Managing Director at Marcus Hotels & Resorts from 2008 to 2015. Sundstrom also worked as an Independent Consultant at Sundstrom Hospitality from 2015 to 2016. Brett later served as the Regional Director of Operations at One Hospitality Group in 2016, and then promoted to General Manager. In 2017, they joined Aimbridge Hospitality as the Vice President / Managing Director of TR Lodging Enterprises until 2019. Currently, Sundstrom is the Chief Operating Officer at Avantic Lodging Enterprises since November 2019.

Brett Sundstrom obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oklahoma State University, where they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Their education at Oklahoma State University spanned from 1990 to 1992.
