Haydee Ordoñez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Haydee started their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Module Operator at Vangent México, where they were responsible for customer care and data capture. Haydee then worked as a Bilingual Assistant at the American Society for Quality, where they translated documents and provided general office support. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Mexican Sign Language Interpreter at Becas CASS/Becas Semilla, interpreting between Mexican Sign Language and Spanish/English during various events. Haydee later worked at Ericsson as a Networking Engineer, creating tech support tickets and monitoring Sprint networks. Haydee then joined Telcel as a Chat Customer Support Representative, assisting customers through chat. Haydee also worked as a Capturista/Data Capturer at Apli, performing general administrative tasks and data capture for multiple companies. Haydee gained experience in customer service at Best Buy, serving as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Haydee also worked as a Capturista at Creze, where they performed data capture of financial information for loan evaluations. Most recently, they joined CompuCom as a Tech Support Representative, providing technical support to customers. Haydee currently holds the position of Bilingual Sales Representative at Avantive Solutions.
Haydee Ordoñez's education history begins with their high school diploma, obtained from Berkner High School from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they attended Universidad de Londres from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Tech Support.
In addition to their formal education, Haydee Ordoñez has also obtained several certifications. Haydee achieved a TOEFL certification in December 2017 from Kingdom International English School. In May 2015, they obtained the Fundamentos de ITIL certification from Alpha Consultoria.
