Barry Joyce

Barry Joyce is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the UK and Ireland at Avantor since July 2016, Barry also holds the position of Managing Director. Prior to this role, Barry spent a decade at VWR, where responsibilities included Sales Director and Pharma/Biotech Segment Leader, guiding a dedicated team and developing strategic business plans. Barry's career began as Regional Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at VWR. Educational background includes a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Limerick, complemented by secondary education at Moyderwell Secondary School.
