Benoit Gourdier

Benoit Gourdier has extensive experience in the bioscience and biopharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Bioscience Production and EVP of Biopharma Production at Avantor since October 2023. Prior to this role, Benoit held the position of Senior VP & General Manager of BioReliance Testing Services at MilliporeSigma from September 2017 to September 2023. Benoit's career at Merck Group spanned from October 2010 to July 2017, where roles included VP, Head of Commercial APAC, and Head of Global Sales Development for Merck Life Science. Earlier in Benoit's career, positions at Millipore included Director of Sales for the Global Key Account Program and Sales Manager for Europe, covering various aspects of process solutions and marketing. Benoit obtained an Engineer degree in Biotechnology from Polytech Clermont between 1990 and 1993.
