Emily Berlin currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Laboratory Products Portfolio & Sourcing at Avantor, following a progressive career at Cardinal Health, where roles culminated in Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Laboratory Products & Distribution. With extensive experience in executive leadership, Emily has demonstrated a consistent track record of driving growth, exceeding performance targets, and operational excellence. In addition to her corporate roles, Emily is an active board member of the Health Industry Distributors Association, where leadership includes serving as Board Chair and Vice Chair of the Laboratory Advisory Council. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
