Gina Lauffer

Gina Lauffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Avantor Onsite Sr. Coordinator at Avantor, Inc. since April 2022, Lauffer has also held a long-term position as the EEI Chair at the Executive Edge Institute since August 2015. As Managing Director at IBM Channel Partner, Lauffer oversees channel integration, market research, and partner support, contributing significantly to annual sales. Lauffer has a robust background in consulting, financial generation, and strategic planning, evidenced by past roles as a partner at Power 2000 and Blue Eagle Consulting, and as CEO of Ground Forces, Inc. A graduate of Iowa State University with a BS in Business Administration and Baker University with an AS in Information Management/CompSci, Lauffer's career spans over four decades, including impactful positions at Lockheed Martin and Bank One.
