Jaime Robles

Jaime Robles has over 23 years of work experience in customer experience and technical support roles. Jaime most recently worked at Avantor as the Director of Technical Support and previously as the Director of Customer Experience. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Antylia Scientific. Jaime also has extensive experience at Cole-Parmer, where they held various management positions including Sr. Manager of Customer Experience, Manager of Customer Experience, Manager of Product Applications & Davis Instruments, Product Manager, Technical Sales Representative, and Applications Specialist. Throughout their career, Jaime has managed customer service representatives and technical support representatives, supported customers via various channels, and conducted product training and troubleshooting.

Jaime Robles received a diploma from Waupun High School in 1994. In 1998, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Knox College. Jaime later pursued an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2008.
