Kristen Frank

Kristen Frank currently serves as Vice President of HR for Global Sales at Avantor since May 2022, following a role as Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Kristen held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Vanguard from April 2020 to May 2022. Kristen's experience at Merck spanned from June 2012 to April 2020, where various roles included Director and Associate Director of HR Business Partner for US Oncology, as well as HR Business Partner for Global Human Health. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Senior Staffing Consultant at McMaster-Carr and various recruiting roles at The Brickman Group, as well as Algomod Technologies. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, completed in 2002.
