Monica Monte is a seasoned marketing communications expert with extensive experience in strategic consulting and marketing across various industries. Since October 2013, Monica has led Monte Marketing Consulting, focusing on results-driven strategies that engage target audiences. Current roles include Strategic Marketing Consultant for Paradigm Emissions Technologies, where comprehensive marketing strategies are developed for decarbonization solutions, and Consultant at True Insights Consulting, assisting organizations in enhancing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the workplace. Additional projects include consulting for Schlegel Electronic Materials and Applied Image, developing content marketing strategies, and serving as Marketing Copy and Content Writer for Avantor. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Bausch + Lomb in various marketing leadership roles and serving as Chairman of the Board at Hillside Children's Center. Monica holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
