Scot Sanchez has a strong background in customer development and procurement solutions. Scot held the role of Director of Customer Development at Avantor from February 2016, where they focused on generating service revenue and managing a team of business professionals. Prior to that, they worked at VWR International from October 2000 to February 2016, holding various roles such as Business Process Consultant, Procurement Solutions Consultant, and E-Business Consultant. At VWR, Scot used Lean Six Sigma principles and DMAIC methodologies to help customers streamline procurement and optimize inventory. Scot also worked at Warner Lambert/Parke-Davis as a Buyer from June 1997 to August 1999 and as an E-Commerce Content Analyst at Warner Lambert from August 1999 to October 2000.
Scot Sanchez studied at Eastern Michigan University from 1988 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Management. Prior to college, Scot attended Plymouth Salem High School. In addition to their degree, Scot obtained a Lean Six Sigma Accelerated Green Belt certification from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 2012.
