Oleh Kalynyak has extensive experience in technical support and operations management, currently serving as a Second Line Support Engineer at Avantra since June 2020. In this role, Oleh focuses on enhancing the user experience for enterprise clients utilizing the AIOps platform for SAP automation. Prior to this, Oleh worked as a Contractor for AWWCOR, and as a Technical Support Engineer at Perfectial, where assistance was provided to clients such as dataxu, a digital advertising management system.
