John Tuggle has a diverse work experience in various customer service and sales roles. John started their career at Equinox as a Spa Associate and later worked as a Membership Advisor, Senior Sales Advisor, and finally, as a Manager. John played a crucial role in developing sales teams, achieving sales goals, and driving brand awareness. After leaving Equinox, they joined Forme as a Senior Sales Advisor, where they contributed to the launch of multiple store locations and trained team members. John also developed sales processes and strategies for the flagship location. Currently, John is working at AvantStay as the Manager of Customer Experience, where they oversee a remote team of contact center agents to provide excellent customer service.

John Tuggle attended Santa Monica College from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science / Computer Programming. During their time at Santa Monica College, they also earned several additional certifications. In May 2020, they obtained a certification as a Beginner Programmer. In September 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Azure Department Certification from Santa Monica College. In March 2022, they received a Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certification (MOS) from Microsoft. Furthermore, in August 2022, they obtained a Cloud Computing certification from Santa Monica College, and in July 2022, they achieved an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services.
