Jennifer Adams

Jennifer Adams is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple aerospace companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Avantus Aerospace since November 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Cherry Aerospace from October 2019 to November 2023 and at SPS Fastener Division between 2018 and November 2023. Jennifer's foundational experience includes a role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from September 2011 to March 2018. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Pepperdine University and an Associate of Science in Education from El Camino College.
