Konstantin Sivokhin

Konstantin Sivokhin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate development, currently serving as Co-Founder of Auctus Industries since January 2014, where the focus is on off-market deal sourcing and buy-and-build acquisition strategies within the aerospace, defence, and niche industrial sectors in the US and Europe. Simultaneously, Konstantin holds the position of Board Observer and VP of Corporate Development at Avantus Aerospace, a leader in manufacturing engineered components for aerospace and defence. In addition, Konstantin is a member of the Board of Trustees for the UK charity Prospero World, which promotes positive change through education and collaboration. Previous roles include Associate at RBC Capital Markets and Manager at KPMG, specializing in transaction services for financial institutions and private equity.
