Dixie Welch

Dixie Welch is VP of Integration at Avantus Federal where she is responsible for integration activities resulting from mergers and acquisitions. She has managed eight integrations encompassing all areas of people and delivery, growth, and operations over the past four years. Dixie brings 10 years of corporate operations experience across human resources, contracts, recruiting, and finance and accounting. Furthermore, Dixie brings nearly 20 years of experience in federal government consulting primarily supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with an expertise in transportation security and immigration. Prior to Avantus, Dixie served as the Chief Operating Officer of The Sentinel Company where she oversaw a variety of firm functions, including finance, contracts administration, human resources, and recruiting.
