Wayne Rehberger

Wayne Rehberger is the Chief Financial Officer of Avantus Federal and brings a wealth of experience leading growth-oriented businesses through organic and inorganic expansion. Wayne previously served as CFO and COO of XO Communications. Later, he served as the CFO of TASC and Engility, where he guided the companies through numerous material events as the industry cycled through a severe downturn and recovery, and a subsequent period of consolidation, culminating in a combination with SAIC (Nasdaq: SAIC).
