Lina Troëng

Lina Troëng has extensive experience in project management and organizational development, currently serving as Chef PMO at Avanza Bank since July 2019, while also holding roles at Klarna since June 2013, including Organisational Development Manager for Workplace Experience. Lina leads the Workplace Experience team at Klarna, overseeing all aspects of workplace management across multiple offices globally, and has a proven track record in office management, budget handling, and team leadership. Previous roles at Klarna include Project Manager for key market entries in the UK and US, as well as leading various projects focused on global processes and internal change management. Lina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and has pursued additional education in agile project management and leadership.
