Mats Oldin

Mats Oldin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mats is currently working at Avanza Bank as the Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Mats held the position of Engineering Manager at Avanza Bank from June 2018 to March 2022. Mats is also a Co-Founder and Board Member at Sveriges Teamcoacher since April 2020. Mats was the Owner of olDin Coach - Springflower from June 2005 to December 2019. Mats served as the Head of HR & Recruitment at Dynabyte AB from January 2017 to June 2018. Mats has also worked at Spotify in various roles, including Operations Lead, Agile Project Manager, Greenhouse - Global Learning & Development, People Operations, and HR Business Partner for Technology. Before joining Spotify, they worked at Dynabyte AB as an Agile Coach, HR Team Leader, and ICF Associate Certified Coach, as well as a Consultant in Software Development. Mats also has previous experience as an Engineering Manager and Software Developer at Global Genomics and as a Consultant in Software Development at Valtech. Mats started their career as a 1:e forskningsingenjör at Stockholm University.

Mats Oldin attended Kristofferskolan from 1980 to 1993. Mats then studied at Stockholm University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Fil Lic degree in Mathematics. From 1997 to 1999, Mats attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, focusing on Computer Science and Physics. In terms of additional certifications, Mats completed the Diplomerad Teamcoach program at Team Coaching International in 2019. In 2013, they obtained the certifications of Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera and ICF Associated Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. Mats also completed the Leapfrog Coach Training Program PCC from 2014 to 2015. Although Mats holds the certification of a Certified NLP Trainer and Certified Scrum Master, the institutions and exact years are unknown.
