Phil Gaut has extensive experience in the food industry, having worked at Avara Foods as a Logistics Shift Manager and Despatch Section Manager since June 2012. Prior to that, Phil worked at Faccenda Foods Ltd from October 2003 to June 2012, starting off as a Despatch operative and working their way up to covering for a shift leader. Phil has experience working on continental shifts and has gained several MHE licences throughout their career.
