Prasad Nayak

Prasad Nayak is the Director at Avasant. Prasad has over 9 years of experience in management consulting and information technology.

Prasad started their career at Capgemini in 2011 as a Manager. Prasad led the design and implementation of outsourcing strategy and IT transformation model for a France based chemical company. Prasad also managed service takeover of 90 applications with staff ramp up to 60 resources in 3 montths. In 2016, they left Capgemini to join Avasant.

At Avasant, Prasad is responsible for leading the organization’s consulting practice and overseeing the development and delivery of consulting projects for clients. Prasad has been instrumental in winning several large deals for the firm, including a 50+ Mn Euros contract with a Norwegian Oil and Gas Company.

Prasad has received numerous awards and recognition for their work, including the ‘Team of the Year’ award in 2014. Prasad was also appointed Nordics Geography Lead, Transition Management Group in 2016.

Prasad Nayak has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SJCE, Mysore, and is currently pursuing a Field: Digital Disruption and Platforms Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
