Hieu Huynh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical consulting and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Technical and Service Consultant at AVASO Technology Solutions since April 2018, Hieu Huynh previously held several key positions at FPT Information System from December 2008 to March 2018, culminating as the Head of Core Infrastructure & Application Services Integration Department. Responsibilities included managing technical teams, ensuring service level agreements (SLA), designing network systems, presenting customer proposals, and providing in-depth IT support across various roles, significantly enhancing system performance and client satisfaction through tailored solutions and internal training initiatives.
