Kanika Malhotra

Kanika Malhotra is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Team Lead for Global Talent Acquisition at AVASO Technology Solutions since September 2025. Previously, Kanika held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at IT BY DESIGN from December 2021 to August 2025, and initially served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on comprehensive recruitment processes and talent management across various departments, both technical and internal. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Sourcing Partner at WEPS and a Human Resources Executive. Kanika holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business/Commerce from Panjab University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution. Education also includes attendance at PML SD Public School and Mahbert High School.
