Sairam Srinivasan

Sairam Srinivasan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sairam started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at eSolutions Private Limited. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Retailor Technologies Pvt Ltd.

In 2009, Sairam joined AVASOFT Inc, where they held various roles. Sairam initially served as a Senior DBA, responsible for the administration of over 300 Oracle databases. Sairam mentored other DBAs in the effective use of RMAN software and conducted proactive database-level performance tuning. Additionally, they utilized advanced backup and recovery techniques in the production environment.

Sairam then became the Database Architect at AVASOFT, leading a team of 15 DBAs. Sairam installed Oracle and created clustered databases, while also being involved in strategic client collaborations for server virtualization and infrastructure management.

Currently, Sairam serves as the CTO of AVASOFT Inc. Sairam heads technology initiatives and talents for the company, being actively involved in pre-sales activities, client liaison, and the review and fine-tuning of technical architecture. Sairam has also assisted clients in utilizing their existing infrastructure for maximum cost reduction and performance improvement.

Sairam Srinivasan's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Shrine Vailankanni Senior Secondary School. Sairam studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science, completing their 12th grade in the year 2000. Following their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Madras and pursued a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Sairam attended Anna University to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management.
